Livestream Sound Journey - 12/12/25
Welcome! I’m offering a FREE livestream Sound Journey featuring my favorite synthesizers, designed to take you on a deep, inward, meditative experience.
Date: December 12, 2025
Time: 8:00 PM EST (approximately 1 hour)
Live from my studio to your home via Zoom
All you need is a pair of headphones or a quality sound system, and a quiet, comfortable, preferably warm and dark space to rest and receive.
This experience is being offered completely free, with limited spots available to maintain audio quality and intimacy. The livestream will be delivered through Zoom with high-quality audio directly from my recording studio.
I will also be recording the session in HD video and CD-quality multitrack audio, which will be available afterward for a $10 donation. The audio will be carefully mixed and mastered here in my studio and delivered to you as a downloadable recording. It has been 2.5 years since the release of my last album, Distant Vistas, and if that album resonated with you, I truly believe you will love this experience. If you cannot attend the session but still wish to share a donation and receive the recording and video, let me know!

Why Synthesizers Sound Can Support Deep Relaxation
Here are a few reasons why synthesizers are such powerful tools for inward journeying:
Wide, sustained tones help slow the breath and calm the nervous system
Subtle harmonic movement supports brainwave entrainment and meditative states
Low-frequency textures can ground the body and promote a sense of safety
Repetitive melodic patterns encourage deep focus and present-moment awareness
Expansive soundscapes stimulate the imagination and inner visual experience
Recent Feature in MusicRadar
I was recently featured in a beautiful article by MusicRadar exploring the link between synthesizers and spirituality. The article reflects on how electronic instruments can become powerful tools for prayer, meditation, and inner exploration.
Here’s a short excerpt from the piece:
“For Jeremy Arndt, who blends mindfulness-based practices of yoga and meditation with his music, synthesizers represent a personal escape into an inner world. ‘I believe any musical instrument can be spiritual if it takes the player on an inward journey,’ he opines. ‘For me, synthesizers offer a unique personal experience when I’m playing them.’ Although his primary instrument is the handpan, an acoustic instrument, he stresses that he has a deep passion for synths. ‘I oftentimes feel like creating a new patch or playing the synth is giving my body, mind, and spirit its own personal tune up.’”
